Those using swagbucks ???

I got a 50 SB Discover Bundle Bonus. I thought I'd get 200 SB - according to my ledger, if I'm reading it correctly I earned 521 SB coded to "Discover" from 9/27-9/30 which should be a 200 SB bonus - but I guess I'm missing something here. :confused3 Mine was given, then removed, then given back - I think it's because it didn't count toward the daily goal before, but now it does?

There's a bunch of posts on the SB facebook for the same thing, I'm bad at facebook but some of the SB responses started as 'put in a ticket' and now more recently 'SB is looking into it' because so many people have posted about the wrong amount. I haven't found any response with exclusions... that doesn't mean it doesn't exist, I'm just not that good at searching through posts. Maybe hipper folks than I can decode it faster :laughing:

And yeah, for the credit, refund and then recredit. Apparently the first one wasn't coded to count towards the daily goal so they fixed it and reissued.

Swagbucks credited an extra 150 SB, so I did end up getting 200 SB for the Discover bonus! Thank you to everyone who posted here about it!

Same here, I got my full value now. I'm guessing that the LTG, TTG and other offers like it weren't initially counted. I got credited initially for the value for all my sign ups, but the videos pushed me over into the next tier. But it's all corrected now.... and, of course, they lowered my 2nd goal today so I get less bonus pts for hitting it :p
 
My SB is acting completely wackadoo this evening. I cannot get any of the watch to work. All the nCrave says it is no longer available. Acorn wont bring anything up. AdGate has no offers. So weird.
 
For those of you who have two people in the household using swag bucks how do you not get your account locked/removed?

DH had an account before and when he was doing a survey on my laptop or something he either pre filled my info or used our saved CC and somehow they thought one person had two accounts and they shut down his account. This was about 1 or 2 years back.
How can we have two accounts and use the same laptop?
 
DH and I each have an account, but we both have our own computer so this doesn't help too much. There are times where I'll run things on his computer since his is faster. I try to make sure to use a different browser. I also work on swagbucks from work when I'm on lunch so they're seeing me from multiple IP's where he only does it at home. I also tend to do discover offers and surveys along with watches/ncraves. Where he only focuses on ncraves and will do a survey or discover every once in awhile. I think each of us going at swagbucks differently has helped to show it's two different people.
 
I was another one who got the 700SB for a second month of Hooked on Phonics but don't think I'm signed up for the second month. And it sounds like we all got it around the same time- weird. How long would you wait to make sure they aren't going to take them away before spending the SBs?

I thought as long as both accounts were registered to different cell #, it'll be fine? I know family of 4 having 4 accounts / cell # and occasionally mixed their logins on 2 devices and they were still good.

That said, I once got locked because I filled in wrong age (5) in a survey. I emailed them and they unlocked it. Seems like survey is the trigger.
 
Those the did the Gillette deal can you tell me how it showed up on your credit card? I had two.charges I didn't recognize from a site i don't even have a lot in for. So I reported.them as fraud. But i think it might have been the Gillette deal. Though I should have only had one charge not two. Oops and that'll be an embarrassing call to make.
