Appetizers vary, but always cheese/crackers, roasted tomato dunk w/baguette, lipton onion dip w/chips... sometimes shrimp, sometime guacamole, often a veggie tray.
Dinner:
Soup- usually butternut squash, sometimes french onion
Turkey
Stuffing AND dressing- traditional recipe with onion, celery, carrot, bread, sage, some in the turkey and some in a casserole dish.
GRAVY. Often we have to be reminded that it's a condiment, not a beverage!
Mashed potatoes
Sometimes baked sweet potatoes
Green bean casserole
Roasted winter veggies- carrots, onion, parsnips, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, sometimes rutabaga.
"Cup" salad- mandarins, pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, sour cream... dream whip?
Cranberry sauce- the jellied kind from the can, with the lines!
Sometimes wild rice salad... rice, cranberries, parsley, roasted pecans
Rolls
Desserts:
Apple pie or apple crisp
Pumpkin pie
Sometimes pecan pie
Sometimes Indian pudding
Sometimes berry pie
Rarely mincemeat pie, as I am the only one who enjoys it
Sometimes chocolate cake
Ice cream
