Thanks, went well. A lot of information in a short time, but I have already mentioned a couple of areas where I could help and my new boss is thrilled!
Great!

So I have something to put out there. Just for advice/opinions/a shoulder to cry on. Not sure what really.
Anyway, over the weekend oldest DD, who has just turned 18, told us that she wants to go to Montreal this summer with her friends (5 of them) to go to a music festival for 6 days...
4 days away for this guy. Can't come soon enough.

Thanks. Went very well. Hope you're not too depressed at being back. Post trip blues is a real thing.
Not too bad being back except that the cold I had all during the cruise seems to worse and we are waiting on a big storm to start later today and run through tomorrow night. Might have to pack it in early today.
Good luck with the snow and your cold. I hope you have what it takes to make french toast...
English toast = toast.Nope but I do have what I need to make english toast.
Make that 3 days. See you are getting another nor'easter hitting the east coast so I imagine you are ready to get out of there.
Yup. I get sick of the snow by December, so these last couple storms are really pissing me off.
If it's any consolation, the weather here (much further south than DC) has been horrible too...below freezing each night.Let’s got to DC on spring break, it’ll be fun, we can see our daughter, take in the sites… Until the wind is howling at 20-30 mph bringing wind chills into the low 20’s while on the top steps of the Lincoln Memorial. We aren’t at DaWorld why?
Actually great to see DD and SIL but the weather here has been a @$&*=#$. Have a good Wednesday gents.

I'm going to officially diagnose this group with Spring Fever.
Happy Wednesday. My FB feed is blowing up with posts about the new parking fees at WDW. I always like that ones that say $100 more for parking means I'm never staying there again. I don't like paying $ either, but people drop more that on a meal of burgers there.

I thought the same thing. It's a small portion of what a total trip there costs you anyways...
Storm day here for all of us. We lost power around 3 am and it cam back on just past noon. Had about 18 inches of wet snow overnight with lots of high winds. We had a tree come down across the end of our driveway but the snowplow managed to move it into the ditch. Just glad it fell that way otherwise it would have been on my car. Looking at another 6 to 8 inches today. This time last week I was laying on the beach in Grand Cayman. sigh!

Ugh. Yeah. Enough.

And the treatment is a trip to WDW.

Hope all the NE guys are doing OK.

I think asking resorts guests to pay for parking is a bit much but then again I have only had a car there once. It's not like the have a shortage of parking spaces available and the resorts are priced at a premium as it is.
It kind of ticks me off. I think it's more of a cumulative effect of raising prices and charging for more and more items or premium "experiences" every year. This comes across as a naked money grab, so it's a turnoff. I'm already paying a premium to stay onsite, now I'm paying even more for the privilege.
It always goes way too fast, doesn't it?
