Are Saratoga Springs refurbishments complete now?

The two end buildings? Do you know, would that be the ones closest to Disney Springs, I believe they are Bldgs 11 & 12?

Closest to DS is Congress Park - 1501-1836 & 1101-1436

After reading this and watching videos of the new 2 bedroom preferred villas I'm pretty sure I'm going to book one for early december. The refurbished rooms look beautiful. We've been waiting and waiting for DL to open and i'm losing hope so I've finally convinced my husband that we need to fly across the country to get a Disney fix. DownTown Disney is not cutting it.

I wasn't referring to the 4 bldgs in Congress Park. I was referring to the 5 bldgs in the Paddock Section & asking if the 2 completed Paddock bldgs you mentioned are the ones located at the end of the Paddock section that are across from the Congress Park section and therefore are closest, of the 5 Paddock bldgs, to Disney Springs. I believe they are considered Building 11 Rm#6101-6436 & Building 12 Rm#6501-6836

It was originally supposed to take 20 months total. If you don’t count the time they list to COVID, they’ve been at it for about 12 months. It should not take 20 months more.

In each building at SSR there are 2 GV’s. All the preferred ones are done and possibly 1 standard building done in the Paddock area.

Yes. I was told that they started with the 2 buildings closest to The Carousel, not the 2 closest to Congress Park. The Paddock should be done by late Jan/early Feb, along with The Carousel. They will then finish with The Grandstand - I think they all should be done by April/May.

I have a WL for Preferred and stalking by auto refreshing every ten seconds. The Preferred GVs look beautiful and it seems everyone says how shabby the Standard GVs are right now.

Hope to get Preferred GV soon by stalking or WL. Wish me luck!

"Congress Park section of the resort had completed and that construction had moved to The Springs. We are happy to report that The Springs has also completed its refurbishment, making booking a room in the “preferred” category an easy guarantee that you will snag a sparkling new villa!

Construction at Saratoga Springs has now moved onto the standard rooms throughout the resort, beginning with The Paddock. Teams appear to be working left to right throughout this area, with buildings in various stages of their refurbishment:

• 4501-4836: Refurbishment Completed.
• 5101-5436: Exterior Complete. Interior rooms still being renovated.
• 5501-5836: Exterior painting underway.
• 6101-6436: Not started.
• 6501-6936: Not started.

After completing work on The Paddock, construction will move to the remaining two sections of the resort – The Grandstand and The Carousel. It is not clear whether the Treehouse Villas will undergo a refurbishment as well as part of this project. In total, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort has over 800 villas and is the largest Disney Vacation Club property at Walt Disney World.

With the refurbishment scheduled to take two years, it appears they are still on track to complete work on the resort by June 2021"

Thanks for the info - just requested Congress Park preferred studio for Dec trip. I didn't know that Springs was done also, but will be happy with Congress Park as we plan to eat most dinners at DS.
DH is looking to book either 2 studios or a 2 BR for a Feb golf trip with 1DS and another dad/son and was hoping to get refurbed rooms so this info is helpful for that as well!
