Applied and approved for SWA Performance Biz Card Saturday, SM'd for Expedited Shipping, and had it in hand in 3 days! Just in time for tomorrow's flight schedule release for our May WDW anniversary trip!
Also, starting my $5k in 3 months SUB spend and working toward my CP goal.

The last round I believe it was around 7:15am…other times it’s been from 6am ish to after 10am

Looks like the RCCL Amex Offers ran out. I had it on every MR card but now I don't see it at all. Was debating which cards to put it on. But it's just as well so I don't book something just for the sake of using the offer.

Yes, through chat. Though I think chat might not be working for some right now. I like to do it weekdays during regular working hours (more important for biz cards). I just say that the renewal is coming up or AF has posted and I'm not sure if I want to keep the card, are there any retention offers on my account to help me decide. They'll ask why and talk about the benefits. I say the annual fee is high; I'm aware of the benefits, but they're a chore to keep track of.

The hardest question I got once was what attracted me to the card. It was for a biz green which basically has no benefits. Obviously, I didn't want to say the SUB! My answer was super dumb - that I got it confused with a personal green.

I think I figured it out. When I got the CSR in 2018 I did a DD and got the CSP as well. I closed that card after a year, but I think I must have received that bonus in November. I was just focused on the CSR and forgot to check the CSP bonus. My bad.

This is a great dp, actually, bc I think a lot of people here MDD the Sapphires, and if I was apping for the CSR, I have may have only thought of the CSR. Sorry you'll have to wait a little bit longer, but I think your dp probably helped a lot of people!

I'd done my first set of transactions at treasurydirect for the I-bonds a few weeks ago. Exhausted from the login process , I didn't get around to doing P2's account and transfer until today. And of course the site is down- likely overwhelmed.

I asked about my Plat today and they said no. Any chance there might be an offer later or should I just cancel/pc? AF posted a few days ago.

No one can really say. They can come and go or never be there. They can also change for the worse or better if you want to think about it.

If they didn't transfer you to the dept, I forget what they call it, then I'd for sure ask again. The first person you get on chat/call isn't the one that can help you.

Just did it for my mom (she's not great with computers) and I see what you mean. Got transferred, which didn't happen when I chatted earlier for my account. She was offered 55K MR for 4K spend, which we took. I might try again on my account in a bit before I have to head out! Thanks

ETA: no retention offers for me. I'll try again a couple of times before the 30 days are up, but not holding my breath as I didn't put a lot of spend on my Plat. No biggie, still working on a CIC SUB anyway.

I was able to chat on my personal Delta Amex, through my Amex Biz Checking account. They said there are no retention offers for the Delta plat, but they could downgrade me to a Blue. I told them I'd have to think about it (I have a flight in January so I need at least to keep it Gold for now). If I try again in a few days is there any chance they might say something else LOL?

I filed a refund request for the two money orders B of A wouldn't cash. Thankfully I had the receipts. It looks like there's a $15 fee for each. Hoping this goes smoothly. I think I'll try depositing in Capital One and skip B of A.

Today is my first day home. That was a sad trip. Thankfully my parents are on a plane to Fort Myers, there car was picked up at noon (the first car carrier canceled on them on Monday), and the movers should be delivering all the stuff they have no room for on Friday. Hoping the closing goes smoothly and they can relax.
