Group Discount?

I asked this on another thread that was about a specific week being sold out because a TA bought out the entire trip but I thought I would post it as it's own thread to see if I could get an answer...

Does anyone know...if a travel agent books an entire group, when you book through that TA will you get a "group discount" because they bought out all 40 trips?
