How far in advance do you need to reserve other properties?

So it looks like we're about to buy 200 points at SSR, so we are going to have 200 points from 2005 and then get another 200 points in June. We'd like to go away someplace warm in March or the first week of April-- will I be able to make a reservation now for Key West, Caribean, Hawaii, etc? How far in advance do you need to make reservations for those properties if I'm flexible on my dates?
