Experience Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Imagineers have been hard at work creating Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, using breakthrough technology to transform a two-dimensional cartoon into an amazing real-world experience. The first-ever ride-through attraction themed to Mickey Mouse will feature a new original story and lovable theme song as it takes guests on a journey inside the wacky and unpredictable world of Disney Channel’s Emmy Award-winning “Mickey Mouse” cartoon shorts.

Our second attraction, which puts guests in the middle of an epic battle between the Resistance and the First Order, is called Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. As you can see from this video, which was shot in the actual attraction, both the stakes, and the excitement are running high in this epic Star Wars cliffhanger!

I find it interesting that on the official website reading through the itinerary there is an image of Runaway Railway. Perhaps new details and announcements?

Yes there will be announcements about MMRR. Rumor is that they will announce that it’s also going to be at Toontown in Disneyland.

Yes I do remember WDWNT did report this But the real question is how trustworthy is WDWNT with this rumor since obviously they have an interesting reputation when it comes to these kinds of things

They aren't the only one that has said that. It's come from multiple places as well as possibly going to Paris as well.

Tonight at the Mouseketeer's Dinner at DHS, we first stopped in front of the Chinese Theater and had 2 Imangineer's talk and the Runaway Railway was mentioned. Both of these people have worked on this new attraction. Plus in the Mickey's of Glendale shop there were many items with the logo. The pins this year had several Runaway Railway logos as well.

For the first time in my life I didn’t like Imagineerings pins! I guess I was expecting just the poster and not the pin on pin part but I can’t believe myself that I’m not jealousy of it!

Well they’ve passed Epcot news and still no mention of new countries or rides...
