Well, I have been on No S for a while, but I miss the DIS Board.

Haven't run much since the 2007 Lewis & Clark Marathon. I'm still having problems with plantar fascitis in right foot. Even spinning seems to irritate it. I'd like to run again.

Starting Weight: #180.8 :confused3
Current weight: #175.8

Goals this week:

Exercise 5 Days for 30 min.

Sunday: spin 30 min.
 
2/22:

Dinner: caesar salad, one cup spaghetti with lean grd beef, one crazy bread stick, maybe some raw carrots, one cup skim milk.
Exercise: Heavy Duty Leslie Sansone type work out for 35 minutes
Evening Snack: NOTHING! :thumbsup2

2/23: Wt: #175.4 (good, bc P started today and usually I go UP)
Brkfst: 1.5 cups skim milk with carnation instant breakfast
4 waters so far today
Lunc: mixed greens, 1 T ranch dsg, smoked chicken breast atop salad, one banana.
Exercise: tried short yoga work out in am/ about 15 minutes as was slow...
 
2/23 - No further exercise, did not get home until 8:30 PM
dinner: 2 tacos with turkey breast, 8 0z juice,
snack: 2 servings cheezits, 1 m&m fun size bag.

Did not sleep well.

2/24: Wt: 176.0
No exercise
Bx: 1 luna bar, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 clementine, 1 orange (terrible work day)
Class tonight...
 
Hello,

2/24 Dinner: Amys Teriyaki Tofu Brown Rice Bowl, 20 oz diet coke.
Class, 2 waters.
Evening Snack: 1 light beer, 2 svg cheezits, 1 charm blow pop. (Darn it!! I should have eaten a small meal here instead of snacked. I was very low in calories and it would have been a better choice.)

2/25: Wt: #174.8
Bx: one bowl honey cheerios with skim milk, 2 waters.
Lunch: Cramps. Not feeling well enough to eat.
Exercise: 3 flights stairs at work, walked with friend about 20 min at decent pace.
 


2/25 Cont.
Dinner- 1 full sandwich with lean corned beef, 2 slices swiss, slices oat bread, mustard, 1t ranch dsg.
Evening Snack: Sadly I ate en entire sleeve of GC thin mint cookies...

2/26 No Wt today
Bx: 1 cup coffee, 1 slice oat bread with 1.5T PB
4 waters so far today
Lunch: Panera pick 2 regular salad & broccoli cheddar soup.
 
2/26/10 Dinner - 1 piece friend cod, 1 med baked potato with 1 pat country crock and 2T sour cream, 3 huspuppies, 8 oz bud light, applesauce, 1 slice pineapple upside down cake.

Sat/Sun/Mon No food tracking.

Exercise: 45 min Leslie Sansone on Monday with weights

Tues 3/2 No weight today
Breakfast: honey nut cheerios, skim milk, coffee with skim milk/splenda
2 water and 2 mint teas so far today
Lunch: HC split pea and ham soup
 
March 3 Wrap Up
Lunch: half pacifica salad kit, 1 large pear, 20 oz diet coke
Dinner (after class): egg salad, 1 svg wheat thins, 1 svg cheez it party mix, 1 lager beer
Water: 2 more waters during class

March 4 Wt: 173.6 :thumbsup2

I have lost 7 pounds so far.

Bx: 1 banana, 1 diet coke, 1 luna bar
2 waters in am
Lunch: half pacifica salad kit, 1 large pear.
 


DH had surgery on Monday. Routine in chaos.

Did get in a 2 mile walk/jog with Dog on Sunday. There is ton's of food in house, so eating has been a bit of a past time more than it should.

Pleased with progress thus far.
 
Nice weekend. Spent much quality time with DH and son. Did NOT snack much at all! Unfortunately I also did not exercise...

Dinner: corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes. One plate. 1 Harp beer.
Evening snack: 2 tiny snickers bars - small squares not fun size
No exercise

3/16 Wt: #173.2
Bx: 1 diet coke, 1 Cliff bar
Lunch: salad with lite dsg, 1 svg chicken breast, 2 cuties.

This time change is a killer.
 
3/16 Dinner
1 bratwurst with bun, 1 cup baked beans, 10 potato chips.
No exercise

3/17- Wt: 172.8
Bx: Luna bar, diet coke
4 waters so far today
Lunch: salad, chicken breast, lite dsg, cutie, v-8 juice
Dinner: Amy's Indian meal, 1 cutie
Class tonight - Probably snack night.

Glad to see weight not drifting up. Hoping to start working on exercise schedule over the weekend & get in some sort of routine!

Exercise: walked/ran 3.0 miles today

Reason I love to run: the run started out overcast, but it totally burned off during my run. So uplifting to feel the sun on my face and the blue sky above in the spring. Then I ran into a few gnats and ate some protein... Ha ha ha!

Rather wicked weekend. Exhausted. Slept a ton. Have some female issues dragging me down (& the weight up).

Snack: 1 turtle (but I brought these to work and they'll disappear faster here than me eating them at home!)
Lunch: 1 can veg beef barley soup, 2 cuties
Water: 2 so far today...

Dinner: 1.5 slices veggie pizza
Snack: Last sleeve of thin mint cookies
Exercise: walked/ran 1.8 mi in the dark with the dog!

3/23 Wt: 172.4
Feeling better today. Plan to walk tonight with DH.
Bk: Not hungry this am (cramps)
Lunch: 1 small v8, grapes, 1 yogurt with reeses pieces,
Water: 3 so far today

Wt still #172.4 (body has clearly realized I'm not eating like I used to. Hoping gentle exercise will help kick things in motion again...)

Walked 1.2 mi last night with DH and dog and an OK pace.
Class tonight.

Bx: 2 water, cliff bar
Lunch: 1 sm v8, green grapes, breakstone cott cheese and pineapple, 12 oz diet coke, 2 water
Snack: 10 animal cookies

Housekeeping ate all of the turtles!
 
It has been a pretty crazy work week.

I am maintaining at 171.0.

Did run/walk on Tuesday night for 30 min.

Hello!

My DH has started walking with me some nights. Our spring family schedule is crazy, but we are managing 3-4 extra walks a week. Even if we are just strolling, it is very nice to be out moving and spending time together.

Weight: #168.0 (down 12.8 pounds so far)

Last night I jogged/walked for a half hour @ soccer and then walked about a half hour with DH. Also did 7 floors of steps at work yesterday.

Tuesday plans: 7 flight of stairs @ work. Walk with DH in eve. Throw out all remaining Easter sweets. Order DS to put all of his Easter candy in one basket and I need to stay out of it.

Goal: I would like to try to lose steadily and be at #160 by June 1. I have a 3 pronged plan to try to meet this goal: 1. Increase steps/walking @ work. 2. Increase veggies & non-meat meals. 3. Increase weekend exercise.

This is doable. I need to be kind to myself & think about wanting to wear a bikini this fall for sweet 16 vacation with DH. :love:

Yay! I moved categories! Although my goal weight is still almost in the overweight category for BMI (24.9), I have a long way to go & I'll be pleased to manage that and maintain.
