Thanks. It is a nice quiet little campground.

Savannah, lil medic is the only kid here but she doesn’t mind. Going into town tomorrow for a farmers market and to pick up a couple Delmonico steaks for dinner.

My river is quiet, except low roar of the falls in distance but not too bad. Ill bet yours sounds better.

Got up at 5 and made my coffee, then went walking the campground, the pedometer on my phone says it’s 755 steps to walk the campground. There are 39 sites, not sure if that includes the tent sites or not.

No luck on seeing any moose or bear but I will keep a watch out.

The sites along the river are nice, each one includes a picnic table and stone fire pit. Sites along the river are back in. You can park your vehicle on the gravel at your site if there is room, or across the road.



Firewood is $5.00, you call the main number and they will deliver to your site.

There are six sites between the one way road for larger rv’s

There is a fence on both sides for privacy, a stone patio and even comes with a bbq grill. I will try and get a pic of his site looking back from the river so you can see it better.

I could sit out and listen to this river and watch the ducks all day. Would have been nice to have the bedroom window open at night but it’s a little cool. Just turned the heater on for the girls before they get up. It’s 58 degrees now

Hah... A/C staying on 24/7 here at my parents... feels like temps were in the neighborhood of 105 to 110... night lows 77 and humid of course...

Today had use doing a little sightseeing. Went into town to a small farmers market then went to a place called Dog Mountain. You can read about the history here https://www.dogmt.com/About-Dog-Mountain.html





It is a nice place for dogs to come and run with beautiful views



The chapel is a great remembrance to people’s dogs that they loved

The ducks came back this afternoon, this time to my friends site.





There calling for rain tonight so after dinner, the BBQ Delmonico steaks where delicious, lil medic and I broke camp, just have to disconnect the utilities and lift the jacks.

Lil medic and I are watching Snow White and the Huntsman before bed.

After breakfast I will help my friend put his car on the dolly and make our way back home.

We are home. DW said we checked in Friday at 12:15 and got home and unloaded at 12:15. Not bad.

Last of the pics from Moose River, Danville Vt.

When there isn’t a pandemic going on the have weekend bbq’s and bonfires.

Got a new addition for the camper today.
It is a Weber Q1200 gas grill, in lime green.







Don’t mind the messy garage, it’s on my to-do list before winter.

It wasn’t a camping weekend for us, but we did take my wife’s sister and family over to the Lake George Outlets.





After we drove about 15 minutes north to Bolton Landing and rented some kayaks for a few hours.


Thats lil medic just paddling away in her own kayak while DW and I shared a tandem.

Made it over to a beach where the girls got there feet wet.



Then it was back in the kayaks to turn them in and head home.

Thats my favorite side of the outlets, lol. Eddie bauer, ll bean, they used to have a colman store there also, im guessing it went out of buisness.

The Coleman store is across the street, you can see it on the right in the 2nd pic. Lots of great stuff there.
