From WDW to DL With Love - January 06, 2011 part 3

2 weeks until We are at KV. Can hardly stand it. Only get 1 day off this week. Oh well. Going to start on some FE when I get back from Disney and the Carnival Dream.

Yes, I tried using the tropical. But I also put the words "Disney Wonder" on the back of the shirt. I e-mailed them the image before ordering and they sent back a generic response that as long as the image didn't conflict with their rules (sent a link to these rules that didn't work!) the image could be used. Well, duh, if I knew if the image conflicted with their short explanations of rules, I wouldn't have e-mailed.
SO I ordered and then they cancel the order and send you some canned response that either your image or design is a copyright issue. I've tried e-mailing them back twice to find out exactly what they think is copyrighted..first response was a repeat of the generic e-mail No response to second e-mail. Their customer service stinks.

Oh gosh thats a shame! I really want mine to be longer lasting than an iron on. How frustrating. Maybe it was the word 'Disney' that couldnt be used. I really liked the designs you used. I guess I'll try my luck with it and see what happens, what a bummer.

Thank you very much. It will be our tenth anniversary. We have brunch at Palo booked. That is a nice way to spend it I think. I have 25 days off because I am using 3 out of my 4 weeks of vacation plus my floating holiday. Weather here today is a complete 180 from a week ago. A week ago we had reacord breaking highs everywhere. Today one week later, we are only going to be in the mid 60's and it is really misty outside. Wow.

Lynne, so glad you had a great time. We wished we could have been there, but alas we could not be. Great news about Christian. I like him. He is fun. I know this is a shot in the dark, but if you by chance have a extra pin from the crossing, I would love to buy it off of you. I should have asked you before you left, it just skipped my mind like so many other things.

What is baby wine tasting? No worries about the pin, like I said shot in the dark. It was my fault for not asking.

How did you get a list of people in the FE? I never heard back from Jeff and have no idea how many or who is included. It looks like the website has also not been updated in awhile so I can't figure out what is going on.

It is just a little pin, Its purple, its round and says disney wine tasting or something like that, I will bring it for you.

I did and that was my thought too. I didn't think the prices of the cruise have gone up significantly. I paid more than an extra 10% for the upgraded FLR room

No complaints - I am happy to be in a verandah now - I have never had a true inside room and was concerned about spending 15 nights in one (wouldn't have worried me so much on a shorter cruise), but at least now we have somewhere to sit and watch the world go by. (Just if I could get a little money back from DCL, I would be happy )

Do you have children? The kids prices are increased with the FLR rate. For my 2yo DD, it was about $400 more for a FLR 9D than a regular 9D and 5C was even more. Don't know why, it's the first time I've ever known DCL to do that. unkamike probably either doesn't have any children or only one child.

Kmitchell, there are little icons next to the people participating in FE on the "Whose Going" page. There is also a link to the list of participants under Fish Extender on the "Events" page. I hope this helps!

Jeff updated it last week. There hasn't been much movement. There is an icon next to the rooms of people participating as well as a single page of just stateroom numbers.
Jeff has been sick and overworked so he hasn't gotten back to much of anyone. Heck, I've barely been on!

Thats a good idea about Vista Print. I've used them for customized return address labels and enjoyed the quality and fast service.

Sounds like a plan. I like the logo on the back but certainly would like to see something on the front as well so please keep us posted.

I think I have finished scrapbooking my last cruise. Just have to check it all over, make any amendments and send it for printing as a photobook.

hi, I'm checking in! Me and my DH will be on the panana canal cruise, we're so excited!

I'm wondering what time is everyone booking their return flights? We're going to fly home the same day we get to LA, and we're looking at a 1:05pm flight home from LAX, but I'm a worry wart, so I'm afraid that we won't make our flight since we're not suppose to dock till 9:30am, and I heard lines at LAX are horrible! So I thought I'd find out what everyone else is doing to help ease my mind Thanks
