Just submitted my reservation for the Banana Bus tour in Aruba

I don't know what the max capacity is, but looking at the photos, it seems as there will be more space for other Dis-board friends if anyone else is interested.

Well on the doggy front, I think we are going to get a Brittany puppy so our Lab has some company. I'm going to look at one next weekend. I had planned on waiting until after our cruise, but our Lab is pretty lonely.

I wanted to see if anyone was interested in playing Bunco on board. If you have never played it is VERY easy to learn and a lot of fun and if you have played before then you know just how fun it is!!!

We need at least 12 to play. We can either play with/for money or just play for fun. If we play with money then I would say $5 a bunco session.

I will bring everything that we need. I may need some more dice if we have a lot of people but I should have enough to cover everyone.

Let me know if you want to play. We can also decide if we wanted to include children or not. I would prefer maybe a family game with kids included but then adult only games would be great too.

We have done this on past cruises and have just had a blast. If we get enough people wanting to play then I will contact DCL and reserve times/spaces for us.

Never played but would love to learn. I can find a tutorial online!

Yes, she reopened it back up (twice i think!) since we've had a lot of new comers and interest in it. I just signed up this weekend. I had wanted to do it all along but afraid of luggage restrictions. I just decided I'd deal with it

But, I wanted to comment on this because as you know I have a HUGE love of Brittanys (Samson is my 4th Brit)

Sorry Sherri, I'm not much help with FE as this will be our first time participating. I ordered my FE on ebay so I didn't have to make it. I'm not a creative person at all. As far as what you give out I think that is totally up to you. I don't think there's a right or wrong way as it's just for fun.

I am so sorry that tink didn't come home!!! I cannot imagine how hard that must be for you. As far as Brits go, have you checked out American Brittany Rescue yet?? That is where we got Aspen and he was the perfect match for our family. I just checked and they have two puppies right now (1 boy and 1 girl). The little boy is ADORABLE!! In addition to that, I know the breeder in Napa and she is wonderful! That is where Santa got Samson for my DD 4 years ago Actually 3 of my 4 Brits came from her and they have all been PERFECT! She shows her dogs, so all the puppies come from complete champion lines and she charges me very little for the dogs.
This may be of no use to you, but I wanted to check in and tell you just in case it will help.

I'm off to get rid of some calories...

Count me in for Bunco too! I have only played once, but I remember it was quite fun. Maybe we should do it on one of the early sea days since it is such a great way to get to know people.

wow, went away unexpectedly overnight (went over the Bay Bridge, near Baltimore ) for dinner and stayed - had to go to walmart for underwear and toothbrushes, and i've missed a ton of pages!! you gusys are way too busy!! I also think it's funny that you are busiest while i'm at work and not in the evenings!!

anway, Dont forget to look for the bracelets too! we have sooo many lanyards from differentthings we didnt order them. did get name tags, and might remember to wear them, but i'llhave the bracelet on!!

Ok, so after being away for 2 days, lots on my mind: for FE's, just got my hanger - i can't begin to make something. so am thinking of making bags with a couple small things in them. so here's some questions:

how do you get them down - again with the hand carry or can you mail them ahead of time? if you mail them, how do you mail them?

ok, next is rooms- people have said not eveeryone has room assignements so they cant finish. dont you give the same things to each room? I wasthinking of ordering stuff which comes in larger nubmers so maybe makig a pile of bags that have duplicates for rooms with kids, but it seems so arduous to make separate bags by room, and finding them later to deliver. Advice?

will they mail stuff home for us? like if i get a lined mailng envelope and just put a bunch of postage on it can i give it to a cruise person and have them put it in the mail (like overpay postage so it for sure gets here).

I did reopen it... since we had so many new cruisers! Here is the link.. you can sign up as a family or as an individual... if you are signing up as more then 1 person..please include all of the info at the same time (if possible - please do not do more then 3 as a family). If you are signing up multiple individuals, you just fill in the info and go back to the link again and fill in the info for the next person signing up.

Each sign up gets thier own SM. The info on how the SM works (if you need it) is on our website (link on the first page)

Checking in from WDW, we're having a blast. Crowds at F&W were manageable today.

For anyone new, Welcome! Please PM or email TigfanJeff (monorailpilot@gmail.com) with your info/ pic to be added to the website. He hasn't worked on it while we've been at WDW. He's been working when on his computer (bummer). But he should be getting to it soon.

For anyone new, Jeff and I are making door magnets for everyone with your DISboard name as our FE gift. Just want to put that out there again so we don't have 20 door magnets!

I want to set up a lanyard pick up time in the terminal and then again on the ship. On the ship is easy- it's going to be our cabin between 2-3 P.M. (unless of course I don't find out my cabin # before the cruise but we will figure that out closer to the cruise).

Since I have only been to Port Canaveral twice (once to get off of the ship and once 10 years ago) I need a suggestion on where would be a good place for me to camp out with the lanyards. I will have a pick-up time between 11 -11:30 A.M. (We are hoping to get there earlier but I am not sure what time they normally let you in the terminal)

Anyone who wants them in advance - I will gladly ship them to you. You will be able to pay me by Pay Pal and I will mail them out. The shipping should not be much at all. Once the lanyards come in - I will know exactly how much the shipping will be.

So let me know where would be a good place for me to sit after we check in. I appreciate it! On a personal note, if you could have exact change - it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, actually we took the bridge from near annapolis, off 50, over to the eastern shore. thats $2.50. I think the tunnel from Va to Md is like $12 or something like that.

It was quite the adventure but yes I made it. Really looking forward to getting on the ship Thursday, but also can't wait to get off the following Thursday because I will have six more nights here and like 6 of my friends will be here.
