Yes, it definitely looks like that dining area is a problem. With the chair pretty much backed up to the sofa, and that small arm on the chair itself, it appears you would have to basically squeeze yourself in sideways to sit down.

We were there for 9 days the end of October. Every single day we would maybe see 2 or 3 workers, or none at all at the cake shop. No noise at all indicating construction. We would laugh because usually the “workers” were chatting and smoking. It seems no big rush to get this open...
