never had them before and been here many times.
Shocked how good they are. But not shocked as much as if a 32 year old walked up to me and said

LIBERTY TREE TAVERN
We have not been here in more than 10 years and I am kicking
myself in the rump for not coming here sooner this was by far our favorite meal now.


sugar free lemonade.
It quenches a thirst.
I don't believe they had ice cubes in the 1700's or sugar free anything...


salad & rolls
The rolls and salad were just okay but you
save the room for the feast.


The Patriot platter:
It covers the gamut.
It's tough to pick a favorite but out of the proteins mine would be the pot roast.
The turkey was very good and I usually don't care for turkey or pork and that was almost as good as a turkey.
The gravy was stupendous.
I asked for more of the amazing potroast it's that good.

For the sides it's tough, because the mashed potatoes,stuffing, mac & cheese is way better than it even looks.
I would give the mac & cheese the crown though.
I was flabbergasted away of how good the house made cranberry sauce was.
Green beans were also way above average all the sides were perfection.
I still am shook from the surprise of this meal.


Toffee cake
very good, but the griddled pound cake years ago still was the best thing ever.
They need to bring that back STAT.

KARMELL KUCHE:


4 gingerbread caramel cookies
wife loves these, so we pack them for the freezer at home and have some every once in a while.
Brings us right back to being at Epcot right at home, even for a moment.

It was nothing worthy. Get the gingerbread one instead.

Pan Con Tomate
We got a order for take out to eat later.
While still fantastic better to be eaten in.
May's trip we had it for the first time and WOW loved it so much.

IL MULINO:
We had high hopes going in our server was very brash and short.
within 5 minutes without exaggeration all our food arrived, which I find despicable.
There's no way that was not sitting around almost ready to be plated.
It felt like a huge rush to shove you out of there and flip the table.




Menu
Nifty tool for knowing what they have to offer. Ingenious I say.


Complimentary bread service
Was very good. Very surprised that it came with salami and eggplant spread.


Me waiting for grub, not for long though.....5 minutes later.


Chicken parmesan
It was actually decent. I liked it much more than the wife. Great cheese coverage and sauce disbursement.


Gamberi Francese shrimp
Big shrimps and tasty little suckers too.
loved the batter and sauce.
The little turds of the sea really shined in the dish.


Sauteed Spinach
For what they charge for the I was kind of surprised by the lacking amount they gave you.
At least it was a very good spinach so that was a relief. Would get again.


complementary lemoncello.
At the end of the meal they brought around a pail of lemoncello.
The pail seems more in line to what you would feed farm animals.
I'm not a drinker but I've never had this before so what do I know.
Perhaps it was mistaken and was meant to be used as a bathroom cleaner because that's what it tasted like to me.
Since I'm not a drinker maybe bucket Ladle lemoncello is your jam then you'll be in bliss. One and done for us.

Sad to read your review of Steakhouse 71. I've read several subpar reviews as of late. I'll let you know how it goes next week. Sebastian's sounds (and looks) amazing. Should've stuck with that ressie.

Very decent burger and the mac is good,
but I now prefer Liberty Tree taverns mac more so.

Humming Bird Cake
We got this to go for later and when I opened it I noticed it was missing a layer of the cake.
I looked back to our May pictures to confirm and I was right. I called asked for the manager she
did confirm as well and she offered me a refund and wondered what happened?
For $13 don't stiff me on a layer, or I will call you out.
Someone boxing it up wanted a little taste for themselves perhaps...

Since we're staying at Saratoga it's easy for us to get here first thing in the morning.
Not much of a wait and wanted to try a few of these new monthly flavors.
Everything was okay, but nothing ever stands out as stupendous.
Me and the wife both find it's very over hyped. We have tried it three times in the past
and always just Meh. I want to be surprised once and really love it.
Perhaps someday.


PB cold
The peanut butter cold brew coffee keeps us coming back, it's marvelous.
A must have. Perfection but gotta remember to ask for less ice.
They put too much ice in it hardly any coffee. Thats how they get you.
I really do love the decor inside. Smells are blissfully erotic.
If it's your thing get in line.

Last trip in May we loved the strawberry donut but it wasn't available.
So we tried the caramel cold brew & Brooklyn blackout donut.
Should have skipped them both. Such a let down.

Perfection. loved it. Went into it thinking it would be ho-hum and blew us away.


Pop Eats bacon grilled cheese & tomato soup with receipt
cool presentation but the grilled cheese was nothing special and the soup stood out more
loved the can it came in. BTW do not attempt to eat the can.

wife got the turkey and it was good.
I was feeling a cobb salad and it was great

Love having Disney Springs walking distance from us.

Barely any maple essence. Sadness fell as we trashed most of it.

Sorry that Il Mulino was a let down. It’s on my list of places to try. I’m in NJ right outside of Philly (hi neighbor!). I may try the IM in Atlantic City and skip it at Disney.
