I brought my Kobo and my camera down, filled my refillable mug with rootbeer and waited for Blanche. And waited. And waited. And waited. I think I refilled my mug about 4 times, ran inside to not get hit with rain showers at least twice and had at least 3 potty breaks. It seemed like forever! But at the same time, it was kind of special. Sitting in the sun (or inside on a bench during the rain showers) reading Harry Potter, drinking rootbeer and listening to some great music. Watching people arrive for their trip, seeing others leave… I think I saw about 4 DME buses.

I have this in my classroom.... well, it's rolled up and in a closet, and a lot more faded and used, but I have one!

Blanche finally arrived sometime after 3:15. I guess she had a few issues with DME because she had the papers for AoA and she was going to Pop. They did let her on though. I took her up to see the room and drop off her carry on items and we decided to get some food! And I put my sandals on!
She wanted some chicken nuggets, so we split a meal of chicken nuggets and fries, and she bought her own refillable mug. That was at about 3:45, so she had to have been there for a little bit by then. At least 15 minutes or so. (Don't worry, I'm sure I took pictures of the chicken nuggets at another time in the trip... it is something we eat often!)

Thanks! Between the phone charger and the camera charger, I'd pick to lose the phone charger EVERY time!

I have a picture of Blanche waiting for the bus, but she has asked me not to post her pictures, so I will have to respect that. (well, as much as I can! hahaha)

Move, it Shake it Celebrate it was happening, so we pulled up a curb and watched it. Just the parade part. We didnt watch the extra stuff around the hub. They dance, dont they? A little more? I really dont know because Ive never stopped to watch it.

Even though the wait time was listed at 30 minutes, it was only about a 15 minute wait, so that was nice.

(I’ve never ridden that one, maybe I should sometime…) I got her to try my treat, and she liked it better actually and vowed to get her own sometime.

Blanche was tired, still a little off after having been sick, and it was her travel day, so we decided to head out after HM. I think I gave our FPs to a CM so they could share them with someone else.
We took the bus to AoA and Blanche got to at least see a little of the resort that she missed. Well, the main reason was probably that the bus was there.

After getting back to Pop, we grabbed our mugs and headed out for a snack. I grabbed an overpriced bag of chips. I like Disney chips, but they are incredibly pricey! Then we vegged a little and slept well!

Poor Blanche, I can definitely understand her feeling tired after being so sick! Glad you got some things done and had a rest.

Where are you going in Germany? I've been to Germany twice, both for World Youth Day (one pre trip because I was one of the leaders taking young people and one actual event. We stayed near Fulda and Cologne.
We do enjoy a fun way of touring, kind of go with the flow but have certain must dos. I totally wish that I was riding HM now too!
At least the snow is melting.

Blanche got Rice Crispies and a banana for breakfast and I got my Mickey waffles with bacon and fruit . Guess it was the kids meal because adults get the Pop waffle. I love Mickey waffles or Pop waffles, or character waffles. Disney waffles. They are all so special. Like I said before though, Mickey waffles are my favorites!

My camera fogged up in the humidity, but just a little. We dont keep our room too cold, so it helps with my camera. Hmmm... It will be interesting to see how my sister and brother in law like the room. We don't have AC here at many houses (not ours anyways) but we do in our cars!

I have only ever played Candyland once, and it was about 3-4 months ago! Hahahaha. Maybe I should buy a game for my class. I had to intervene the other day when some students were playing chutes and ladders (I miss the snakes!) because some of them were hopping on the ladder part way up and climbing up the slides! I love teaching kindergarten!

These strawberry cupcakes look so good! But is that coconut or just icing? I can't eat coconut. It's not an allergy or anything, I just don't like it!

We went with a Napoleon again. Even this one was not as good. I had heard about the changes to the one in France and was sad, but I was willing to try it. Id been looking forward to this one because it supposedly hadn't changed. I dont know if it was just us, but we didn't like it as much, and wed had it before and loved it.
