Does that help?:rolleyes1

That is awesome Jen, thank you! and thanks to everyone else for your feedback too, this all definitely helps.

Do people dress up for the Mexican night and if so, what do they wear?

There was a big mixture of dress. Lots of embroidered blouses and skirts for the ladies, and Mexican wedding shirts for the men. Some folk went with the fancy dress kind of gear which was funny - silly moustaches. Some large hats too of course.

A lady on our table bought a dress at one of the Mexican ports we stopped off at before the night.

Thanks Jen!!!! That's perfect. That'll make my packing a lot easier to plan. Now I just need to go jot all that info into my iPod.

This is John(on the right) in his Guayabera. Unbeknown to us our tablemate had an identical one, which when you see how many are for sale in all different colours is amazing.

Many thanks for this info. No excuses now for not know what to pack. Glad I saved my packing list from the WBTA in Sept. I love it when a plan comes together!

Y'all are most welcome. I figure for what we're paying for a cat 2, I'm going to milk conceirge for every last penny! (But be nice and courteous about it!)

Greetings everyone!
I seem to recall many of you lamenting a while back about being unable to find cute shoes for wide feet...
Just thought I would let you know that 6pm.com is having a "Size and WIDTH Blowout Sale" today. I, of course, don't know your taste to define what you would consider "cute," but it may be worth checking out...most are $9.95 and $11.95 with NO tax and $6.95 shipping.

Have a great day!
Melissa

Harole Ann - we will include your DD in our prayers. Val

Thank you so very much. I appreciate that.

Greetings everyone!

Harole Ann, your DD is in my prayers!

God Bless!
Melissa

Thank you, also. It really means a lot to me.

Val sent me a larger copy of the logo and I will be making a magnet for each Champagne Girl. They will be 2 and 3/8ths x 3 and 5/8ths and laminated.

Would you rather find it on your door or receive it at the event? I am willing to take it around to all our rooms - as I can use the FE spreadsheet as a reference.
Shirley

I think it would be easier to hand out at the event. There will be enough running from room to room with the FE!:rotfl:

I received my lanyards today and they are FABULOUS! Thank you so very much Tenya! You did an excellent job. They are just perfect and so soft!

Had another acupuncture treament today so I am taking it easy! Would love to work on packing, but I will do some of that Saturday evening and Sunday!

Thanks for the list Jen. That will help so much!

Have a great weekend everyone! DD should have her results by Monday!

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. We take full advantage of concierge whenever we have it. They're the best.

Went to start the car this morning and the starter did even click. I was just going to out to the Haight to pick up something so it wasn't like a major dissapointment to be late. AAA came in 60 min. and jumped the battery. He said I must have left a light on inside. While I was picking up my package my glasses broke, guess I really have to give those contacts a try. When I got back to my car it wouldn't start. A patrol car tried to help but the jump wouldn't work. Thought that was nice of them to try. AAA came again, in 30 min and sold me a battery and installed it. Started right up, glad it wasn't the alternator or something big, but $125 was big enough. So, do you believe things happen in 3s and I can be pretty certain it is clear sailing from here on out? Val

My mother was always the believer that things happened in three's and we have had a dreadful threes week here starting with my dear friend's granddaughter's boyfriend shot & killed himself and she found him. Another dear friend's dd was riding a motor cycle and was hit by a truck and killed the same day and the next day a dear friend was killed in an auto accident. I said we can take no more sad news! That is why I know my dd has to get good news! What a week it has been:sad2::sad2::sad2:

Harole Ann, I am so sorry to hear of your troubles. Makes me feel bad that I even mentioned my minor inconveniences. Think happy thoughts. Val

I'm another believer in things happen in 3s. You should be safe now Val.

Harole Anne what a terrible week. My heart goes out to you and all the family members and friends. I'm also sending pixie dust for your DD to receive good news!

Still in one of these

I love this design

DW and I are looking forward to joining you all on the Panama Canal cruise. Less than two months to go :cool1::thumbsup2:yay:

Welcome on board.

Speaking of hairdos, does anyone know if adults can get their hair done at the Bippity Boppity Boutique? I would LOVE to have my hair done like that!

They did Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique on the Magic during the European season and they were happy to accommodate me. I assume the same would be true for the WDW locations.

Just talked to DCL reservations. The theme nights they show are Pirates and Minnie's Fiesta Grande.

Thanks for posting this. Now I have to try and find a Mexican outfit. Hopefully this will happen after we have been in at least one Mexican port so that I can get something in port.

Thanks for posting this. I am a little disappointed that the Prince and Princess menu is served on semi-formal night. I was really hoping that this would be served on formal night as I have the perfect princess dress including the tiara.
